June sees the start of a busy summer for Friends of Ham

Have a keek – exciting news from our Member, Friends of Ham:

This summer we will be busy taking our pop-up Micro Ham on the road from the Rapha Tempest cycling festival in Skipton this July to Leeds International Beer Festival in September we have a few other things up our sleeves too.

To get things started we are heading to Leeds Corn Exchange to host two Evenings Less Ordinary under one of the most beautiful roofs in our city.

We will be showcasing a selection of the more unusual charcuterie being produced at the moment such as the fantastic Salamella al Fegato (salami made with liver and heart) and pairing them with incredibly wonderful beer flavours.

We will also be welcoming renowned and award-winning beer writer Zak Avery as guest speaker so prepare to be entertained http://thebeerboy.blogspot.co.uk

We hope you can join us for what promises to be two pretty unusually entertaining evenings.
